I have been struggling with PMS. Since starting this supplement 3-5 days before my period, it has reduced my irritability, stabilised my mood, and calmed my nerves. The tablet is rather large but can be cut in half for easier swallowing. I will be repurchasing it!

In the week before menstruation, I typically struggle with poor sleep, so I experience muscle and bone soreness along with various discomforts that affect my mood.
